Our hero product—The Elixir Mixer— is a first of its kind electric whisk bottle designed to streamline and elevate the process of making functional beverages. Made of premium glass and silicone bottle design it entirely automates the process of mixing a diverse range of hot and cold functional beverages and is portable, leakproof, and lightweight. Not a fan of hand washing dishes? The Elixir Mixer self cleans by running a cycle with soap and water (or you can pop everything but the lid in the dishwasher). Whisking your favorite superfoods into a flavorful drink just got streamlined.

As for the name Visp, it’s Norwegian for whisk—a nod to the founders’ affinity for the sleek simplicity of Scandinavian design.

Return Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused products in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that our $4.99 flat-rate shipping fee is non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

Email hello@drinkvisp.com with the subject line “RETURN” and your order number to request a return. Returns not requested through this process will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. All items must be returned in their original packaging to prevent damage in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. To qualify for a full refund, all parts (including the charger) must be unused and in their original packaging. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method, minus the $4.99 flat-rate shipping fee. Please contact hello@drinkvisp.com if the refund does not appear within 20 days.

Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email hello@drinkvisp.com within 15 days of delivery, including a photo of the damage. We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged, not due to normal wear, misuse, or loss/theft.
