We are committed to the protection of your privacy. We created this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) to give you confidence as you use our website(s), products, services and applications (collectively, the “Services”). Any reference to “Visp”, “we”, “our”, and “us” in this Policy refers to Mauve Leopard, Inc., dba Visp, a Delaware corporation and its subsidiaries and affiliates. This Policy covers how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you use our Services. Any capitalized terms that are not defined in this Policy are defined in our Terms of Service (the “Terms”). By using or accessing the Services in any manner, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Policy, and you hereby consent that we will collect, use, and share your information in the following ways.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

a. Product Purchases. When you purchase our products, you will need to submit information including your name, home address, email address, and phone number. This information is

necessary for us to send you the products you order. In addition, you will be asked to provide certain financial information so that you can be charged for those products. Please note that your financial information will be collected and processed directly by the Shopify platform, as explained further in Section 4(b). We will not have access to your financial information. We will also collect communications such as text messages and emails that you send and receive through the Services.

b. User Account. You will have the option to sign up for an account on our website so that you can track your orders. If you sign up for an account, you will need to provide your name, email address, home address, and choose a username and password.

c. Information we collect automatically as you use the Services. When you visit our website, we will automatically collect certain information for the purpose of enhancing the functionality of the Services. This may your IP address, geolocation data, device identification, “cookie” and pixel information, the type of browser and/or device you’re using to access our Services, and the page or feature you requested. “Cookies” and pixels are identifiers we transfer to your browser or

device that allow us to recognize your browser or device and tell us how and when pages and features in our Services are visited and by how many people. You may be able to change the preferences on your browser or device to prevent or limit your device’s acceptance of cookies and pixels, but this may prevent you from taking advantage of some of our features.

4. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

a. Agents. We employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share your information with them to provide products or services to you. For example, we use a third-party shipment service to ship products that you purchase. Unless we tell you differently, our agents do not have any right to use the personally identifiable information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us.

b. Shopify Platform. Our website and payment processing runs through the Shopify platform. We cannot, and do not, assume responsibility for the privacy practices of Shopify.

c. Analytics Services. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors engage with our website. You can learn more about the information that Google has access to at the following website: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

d. Facebook Marketing. Through a pixel placed on our website, we may measure, optimize and build audiences for our advertising campaigns on Facebook. In particular, we will be able to see how our users move between devices when accessing our website and Facebook, to ensure that

our Facebook advertising is seen by our users most likely to be interested in such advertising by analyzing which content a user has viewed and interacted with on the website. Your email address may be shared with Facebook as part of this functionality, but it will be “hashed” in your browser so that it is not viewable by Facebook.

e. Sale of Company or Assets. In the event that we sell all or portions of our company or its assets, including the user information collected through our Services, we will notify you before transferring your information to the acquiring company.

f. Legal Procedures. Other than as described above, we do not share your information with any third parties without your consent, unless we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to (1) comply with the law, (2) protect and defend our rights or property, or (3) prevent an emergency involving danger of death or serious physical injury to any person.

5. YOUR CONTROL OVER YOUR INFORMATION

a. Modifications and Deletions. You can modify the information you have provided to us by contacting us at the address below or by editing the profile associated with your account. If you request, we will remove your name and all other personally identifiable information that you have provided from the Services. Please understand, however, that it may be impossible to delete this information completely, due to backups and records of deletions. In addition, please understand that, if you request removal of your information, you will be unable to utilize associated features of the Services. You may not request the removal of de-identified, anonymous, or aggregate data from our databases.

b. Do Not Track Signals. We do not track you or collect your information across third party websites or online services. Thus, we do not receive Do-Not-Track signals, or other similar signals. To the extent that we do receive any such signals, we will not comply with them as it is not an aspect of the functionality of our Services.

6. SMS/MMS Mobile Terms of Service

We respect your privacy and we will only use information you provide through our Services to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you, if necessary. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages. WE DO NOT SELL, RENT, LOAN, TRADE, LEASE, OR OTHERWISE TRANSFER FOR PROFIT ANY PHONE NUMBERS OR CUSTOMER INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH OUR SERVICES TO ANY THIRD PARTY. Nonetheless, we reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property. When you complete forms online or otherwise provide us information in connection with our Services, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and true information. You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name that you are not authorized to use. If, in our sole discretion, we believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or you have opted into our Services for an ulterior purpose, we may refuse you access to our Services and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.

You may elect to receive text messages from us. When you sign up to receive text messages, we will send you information about promotional offers and more. These messages may use information automatically collected based on your actions while on our sites and may prompt messaging such as cart abandon messages (IE Cookies). To the extent you voluntarily opt to have Text notifications sent directly to your mobile phone, we receive and store the information you provide, including your telephone number or when you read a text message. You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by texting “STOP” to our text messages. For more information about text messages, see our Terms and Conditions. The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. The drinkvisp.com uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart including when you have abandoned your cart and this information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits Users of our Services that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of the information you provide through our Services to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. This Privacy Policy is strictly limited to our Services and has no effect on any other privacy policy/policies that may govern the relationship between you and us in other contexts.

7. SECURITY

We retain your personal information as long as you maintain a user account with us, or as long as necessary to comply with the law and provide the Services to you. We endeavor to protect the privacy of your account and other personally identifiable information we hold in our records, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee complete security. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of user information at any time. Such compromises may occur despite our best efforts to protect your information.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

As we improve or change our Services, we may add to, change, update, or modify this Policy with or without notice to you. If we materially modify this Policy, we will either post a notification of the modification on our website or otherwise provide you with notice of the change. If you continue to use the Services, you consent to the new Policy. The Policy is current as of the “last revised” date which appears at the top of this page.

Return Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused products in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that our $4.99 flat-rate shipping fee is non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

Email hello@drinkvisp.com with the subject line “RETURN” and your order number to request a return. Returns not requested through this process will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. All items must be returned in their original packaging to prevent damage in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. To qualify for a full refund, all parts (including the charger) must be unused and in their original packaging. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method, minus the $4.99 flat-rate shipping fee. Please contact hello@drinkvisp.com if the refund does not appear within 20 days.

Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email hello@drinkvisp.com within 15 days of delivery, including a photo of the damage. We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged, not due to normal wear, misuse, or loss/theft.
